In order to enhance the charm of theAPHF, the 13th APHF will change its style and incorporate fresh elements.

competition:

1. add the competition group: chromatic harmonica elite competition also is "Cup of Yansheng Bai.

The first prize is 15,000 RMB, the second is 8,000RMB and the third is 5,000 RMB.

If the number of participants in this group exceeds 30, there will be a preliminary, the top 10 will be in the final. 

This group of participants is not limited to age and identity (judges, guests also is OK)

2.add member of APHF board of directors concert will be added in APHF,the seven 

harmonical orchestras performed a designated music and another music of its own national or regional features , total performance

time should not exceed 12 minutes.to show fairness, overseas harmonica players or musicians who are not members of the board of

directors are invited to be judges.
