Mr. Tay Boon Seng is currently the Business Advisor of Singapore Harmonica Aficionados Society(HAS). During the 8th APHF2010 held in Singapore , he was the Vice Chairman and Program Director of the festival. He was invited to be the adjudicator for 5thAPHF to 12nd APHF (2004-2018). Mr Tay has also been the conductor of Singapore Hainan Hwee Kuan Harmonica Orchestra for the past 35 years. He has been promoting harmonica music with great passion and actively participating in various harmonica performances. he is one of the most outstanding conductors in Singapore. As the soul of the group, he develops a modern and popular style of harmonica music that injects new elements from electronic keyboard piano and drumming. This leads to a softer, wider and more beautiful range of tones that is produced by an entire harmonica orchestra.
