AU Chun-lok graduated from King’s College and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has been learning chromatic harmonica from Japanese harmonica virtuoso Mr. Yasuo WATANI since 2007. In the World Harmonica Festival 2009 held in Trossingen, Germany, he was the 1st runner up in the Solo Chromatic (with Test Piece) Open Category; he and his groups was the 1st runner in both the Groups Category and the Orchestra Category; and the 2nd runner up in Duos (Adults) Category. He has been invited as guest performer and judge in Asia Pacific Harmonica Festival and Seoul International Harmonica Festival since 2016. He is now actively participating in harmonica performance, teaching and harmonica design.
