Jiayi He received many rewards at international competitions, performed and judged at Asia Pacific Harmonica Festivals. He regularly play harmonica concerts worldwide , has appeared with numerous orchestras, soloed at the General Assembly Hall at the United Nations, repeatedly performed at Carnegie Hall, performed at Shea Stadium for New York Mets, He has appeared at many TV stations in the United States. Mel Bay Publications has released his books for the Chromatic Harmonica. He received award "Messenger of Peace" at International Peace Day in Linzhou, China 2012. Currently on the faculty of the Turtle Bay Music School in New York City.
